  I was having a problem getting a check cashed, had gone to 3 other places, including the Kroger up the street, and no one would cash it because the amount was "too high". I finally went into the chapman location of check into cash, thinking I was going to get turned down again, but the lady working there, Brandy, really went above and beyond to help me! even though the check was too much for other places, Brandy made phone calls for approvals and really put effort into helping me., I think the other places just didn't want to take the extra time, but not Brandy! She really worked hard to earn my business, and to help me out that day. I will be coming only here in the future, all because of the way she treated me. Great customer service!

  Talked to Skylar on the phone and she was very friendly and pleasant. She gave me instructions how to get here and was very professional with me once I arrived and worked out my Payday loan in a timely matter. Very clean office and easy to get too.

  My first thought was "WOW"! These have to be two of the nicest, respectful and genuine service people I've had the pleasure to interact with in my 58+ years. Absolutely extrodinary! Of all the reasons a particular "branch" or "franchise" of a larger entity "outshines" it's contemporaries, professional and sincere interaction with its customers must be the most compelling reason.   I was treated like a drug addict or a leper when I inquired about a loan. Audrey was rude, didnt look at me when she was speaking, and seemed like she was either extremely tired or taking some kind of medication that wouldn't let her open her eyes fully. I was approved for a loan after an hour and a half. But I then refused the loan because her service and attitude toward myself wasnt advantageous for her or myself. I went a block down tj speedy cash and was greeted with a smile and a hello from every person behind the window. Only took 15 minutes and I had the cash I needed. So needless to say I'll never step foot inside a check into cash again. Especially if other store managers are as rude an unprofessional as audrey was.

  What do you store on Chapman Highway in Knoxville Tennessee I was a customer there for over a year then went in to get some money paid off my loan early payoff and wanted to borrow the money and the girl that was managing was so rude and talk to me like I was way beneath her so I will know I paid off the loan early and I will never use your establishment again
