  Overall satisfied with how Check Into Cash runs their business. The company workers kinda make me feel anxious hehe. Customer service not too bad and very much appreciate how they are willing to help. Customer social skills could use a tad bit improvement. I suppose 5 STARS is fair enough. 👍

  Normally service is great but today I want in seat and took a nap for around 45 min then they ask what I was in for told them replacement card and they said opps they forget something this morning and it would be about 15 min. I could come back they are open til 6. I can wait so seat back down someone else came in told them we are open til 6. More people came I got skipped over and then wr told they couldnt have more the. 4 people in there so asked to leave and we are open til 6. So after seating for an hour I want back to work and came back before 6 and door is locked. The person is inside close the computer down and says she cant help me I could try to go to wall green and buy a card and see if they can try to move stuff around and it may or may not work.

  This is one of the best loan places in Columbia! Kaycie and Jamison are the best employees this location has ever had! I used to hate to step foot in that store now I look forward to going in and talking to the girls. Check Into Cash corporate needs to give them girls a raise!! If they ever leave I’ll be finding a new loan and check cashing place.
