  The guy with a handicap does everything while the “manager” sits on her cellphone the entire time. I’ve never seen someone so lazy. You guys sure know how to hire. It also smelled really bad in there, could it be the managers attitude or just that they don’t clean?

  On Father Days! Day!, We had to get a tell told that... " i had to go online. For a card loan. By Katie to do My information to get a Title Loan. Then, I found out i could got a Card Loan that Day!wow, i was driving a world around with My Kids in the Hottest ,East to North then South for a Title Loan. Wow So Unhappy about this. Could Have....

  Super rude to my wife. The red head was monotoned and treated my wife like she was slow. They have know idea what they are talking and give a lot of Misinformation

  Great customer service and friendly staff. April and Samantha are always super helpful and understanding of ones situation. Definitely recommend and the processing doesn't take long at all! 5 stars for sure.

  Went to cash a loan check as check was not written from a local bank and I needed the funds immediately. They quoted me 3% ($180). I endorsed check and they ran it thru and then after they marked my check up they told me the price would be 300 to cash. Then wanted to give my check back to mearked up. Shady business there. Do reasearch and go somewhere else.

  This place is horrible! Even their corporate office. They are so RUDE and money hungry! Roy is rude, Justin is incompetent and the native girl is soooo rude! This place needs to be shut down. The interest rate is astronomical. More than half of your payments go towards interest not your balance.
