  She tried charging me $200 to cash my check!! I said nahhhh she said "how much you wanna pay? Excuse me... you not about to charge me an arm and a leg to cash my check. $10-$20... no more than that! Gtoh with that bs... smh.. she then tried to hold onto my check not giving it back and the other customers had to get involved and tell her give it back to me and stop playing with me. Smh. Thank yall too. 💯💯💯🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

  Anyone that has anything negative to say probably did not read the rules clearly outlined in their shop. These rules are from banking institutions and not from them to give you a hard time. They were a pleasant Indian couple who were very professional. I felt safe and would return in the future. Bills were verifiable and in good condition.

  I went to this establishment to cash a check in the amount of $144.00 around August 13, 2018. The women behind the counter stated that she was going to charge me $35.00 to cash the check because I did not sign it at the counter. I told her that she was trying to rip me off and that I already knew the fees for cashing a check at their establishment. She then said to take it to the bank that was listed on the check if I didn't want to pay the $35.00. Today, September 1, 2018, I took my brother to this same establishment to cash his paycheck, and she did not give him back all the money he was owed. Even though it was change/cents ($0.42 exactly), he still worked hard for it and it is owed to him. When I asked for the change/cents, she said to just give her all the money back and to go cash the check somewhere else. She then said that she was the owner and that if I didn't like it, don't come back. When I told her she was ripping us off, she told me to stop talking. I had to explain to her that I have freedom of speech and that she was wrong. In the end, she still did not give us the rest of the money that was owed to my brother. She is unprofessional and very rude. Ask yourself, have you ever received the change/cents when you cashed a check at this establishment? If you did, did you have to ask for your change/cents? In the end, did they give it to you? What happens to the change/cents they keep from every check they cash that is actually owed to the customer? That is a lot of change/cents that adds up to a lot of "dollars" at the end of each business day. If the bank listed on your check that you want to cash is local, you can cash your check at the listed bank for "free". The fact that you don't have to have an account with the bank to cash your check, makes it great as well. I will never goto this establishment to cash a check again, and I wouldn't refer anyone else their either.

  We rounded up to the next dollar I'm sorry u didn't get that but we actually gave u more than just 42 cents but that's neither here or there I apologize for any inconvenience

  Terrible customer service! We called ahead to ask if they accepted our handwritten employee checks. Was told yes. Then when I arrived, they denied me and had s terrible attitude. Don’t Go Here!

  There was only one person working and there was like 10 people waiting in line. The lady working was very rude and honestly very very slow at doing her job. I waited about 20 minutes to cash a check. If I could give this place no stars. I would.

  I wonder if u feel the same when u go Into a banking establishment ... this is a mom n pop store n we make sure that all out customers are happy n that day in particular was a easy one but I'm sorry for any inconvenience...

  I went here to cash my check the guy told me he couldn't cash my check bc the date on the check didn't match the date I was trying to cash it on and also bc I signed it prior to coming there. I told him I signed it bc I was trying to cash it at Walmart.

  I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we have strict rules n regulations that have been placed upon us from our bank and not to mention a lot of scams happening so we have to be strict regarding these kinds of situations I hope u can understand
