  These folks are great. I was in a tight situation financially and they worked with me and got me the loan I needed. They also have been very understanding of hard times and that is very much appreciated. Most loan companies make you jump through hoops just to get a no, but Amy and everyone else takes their time to help people out. I love this place!

  MS. AMY! I been had a loan with them for about 8 months going on a yr I think if I’m not mistaking! & Ms. Amy is the best! I love her & she knows me, & remembers me & she always make sure I’m okay! & they loans are great! They don’t go up on the loan when it’s time to pay them back! They keep it at what u owe or if it does go up it doesn’t go up a lot! I just love them! & especially Ms. Amy!. So get a loan with them! There better than all them other companies frfr!

  Great customer service!!Fast,Friendly,& Courteous!I had an unexpected emergency and called the office and the manager there had my paperwork ready when I arrived so there wasn't a wait being I had an emergency! She was so nice and understood my situation! She even showed concern and when I saw her afterwards, she remembered my situation and asked how my family and I were doing which says a lot about the company and their compassion for their customers!Such a wonderful and caring environment!!

  I felt the need to post an updated review being I renewed my loan recently and as always was treated with kindness and respect as soon as I walked in. I'm always greeted by Ms Amy even when I'm just stopping by to make a payment. The office is clean and very welcoming and the staff is always friendly!For this reason I will keep returning and giving them my business

  I’m only putting 1 star because I can’t choose 0 stars. This company is bogus. They are completely unprofessional and have the most unpleasant business practices. They are apparently under new management, but their lack of customer service and compassion has not changed. I received a text message being threatened with a lawsuit after being 15 days late on a payment. This was AFTER I had already contacted them and informed them about my situation. I spoke with their new manager and not once did she acknowledge where her company had made a mistake. She tried to justify and defend herself and her company’s actions. Not once did she make me feel like a valued customer, nor did she empathize with me, as good customer service professionals usually do. This is only one of several bad experiences I have had here just within the past 6 months. There are a million other loan companies in Chattanooga that know how to treat their customers. Try Republic Finance right down the road from this company if you are truly in need. I would not recommend doing business here!

  If I could give 10 stars I would because this is some of the most friendly, down to earth people I've ever dealt with. I'd like to thank the manager ,Amy for going far and beyond to help me and my family get a loan when others wouldn't.As soon as I arrived I felt welcomed & comfortable! If you need a loan, I highly recommend going to see Neecy or Amy!They're very professional as well as helpful, friendly & outgoing to make you feel right at home!It didn't even take long as Amy prepared my loan,Neecy was helpful in answering all my questions.Also Kudos to whomever decorated the office!Very clean,inviting,and comfortable.I highly recommend going to see these ladies!You won't be disappointed!Thanks Mrs.Amy!Thanks Mrs.Neecy! :)
