  The staff kicked an African American male out of the bank for being black and making the customers feel uncomfortable. This bank is not minority friendly and the staff explained that because of the area they assume they are hobos

  Very unprofessional! Went to this location to create a business account. After completing the application I was told the account I needed to be approved by a branch manager (or something equivalent) who will reach out tomorrow. This person called and asked me the same questions I had already answered and told me he will get back to me. I followed up the next day expecting my biz accounts to be active and they still weren’t. I was told that the person is now on vacation for 2 weeks and I’d have to wait until he gets back to get the accounts active. Now I’m just getting the runaround while my account activation is pending. This really delays my business plans. Terrible service, especially for business.

  Terrible service. Went there 10 times to get a freaking piece of paper signed. Might actually switch banks. They should be ashamed.

  They assured me that my euros would be there before I left for Italy; they were not. Then they refused to buy them back or give me a refund while I was in the facility, or even offer an apology that the money wasn’t here when they had guaranteed it. They then called me to tell me the money had arrived while I was at the airport and agreed to buy them back over the phone, with a much lower exchange rate than originally. Scammers. Never use them for currency conversion unless you want to lose $50+. I’ll be closing all of my accounts with them once I get back.

  I just moved to Rochester. I went to open account but I wasn't able to open the account because I didn't have my green card with me. The manager didn't give me another option or trying to work something else. After that he is starting showing me the door. I felt discriminate because I am immigrant. After all the humiliation I went to cash out check from chase and teller was unprofessional, untrained and rude. What type the service is that??

  Went in to sign some papers. I was the only one in the bank. I went to the counter, and the woman there told me to sit in the lobby and someone would help me. There were at least three employees that I could see, probably more in the back. After waiting patiently for twenty minutes, I went up to the teller and asked if the wait would be long. She said she couldn't answer that question. I intentionally went during an off-peak hour, and all I needed to do was sign something. The teller was rude, and the service was terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

  I’ve been sitting here for an hour waiting to get 2 papers notarized. The one person you have currently working in the cubicles has one client currently, with me next and 2 others after me. She disappeared for 40 minutes so far leaving the clients in her cubicle. Why isn’t someone helping her? Why have I been waiting over an hour for service? I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed.

  after 20 years with this bank, I ask for a temporary check, and ask the managed to waive the $2.00 fee. he said no.. this shows you, if I was rich, I would not have a problem with a fee. thank to Chase Manager (Joe) You shows me how much my services mean to this bank. 2/25/2019

  Mind you I've been banking with chase for years my family has their mortgage through them and they've made some nice cash on my family for years. I walk into the Monroe ave location was the biggest mistake - April the teller Rudley wouldn't cash my check probably because I didn't have my nice work suit on I had some bum clothes on lol it was a Saturday.. anyways she said she couldn't cash my PAYROLL check since it wasn't with chase and I didn't have the full amount in my checking account.. hmmm Webster and West Henrietta seem to think otherwise. I just cashed my check at the west Henrietta and I had 2 dolllars In my account.. why one location has different rules then the other? I was I being stereotyped? If I had my 500 dollar watch on would she just cashed it? Hmm webster and Henrietta are my locations stay out of the city their all crooks.
