      Don't do business here. Came in to validate my account for a business account. Porfirio looked right at me from his empty desk only to tell me he was booked for the day and couldn't verify my identification... wow... 5 minutes of verifying my ID and he sat there and told me from this empty bank with no one in it that he was booked. Customer service fail.

      I waited in a 45 minute line with two customers ahead of me, only to find out the teller didn’t know how to do a cash advance. The teller advised to go to another Chase Bank location.

      VERY Helpful staff. Usually not much wait. There are 2 brand new ATMs that are well lit & safe 24/7. And they now allow for customizing your withdrawl's denominations in $5, $10, $20 ± $100 bills. Chases's app for Android is well designed & reliable. 💵💲

      I don't know what the negative reviews are for, this bank is way better than BofA and Wells as far as friendly and helpful staff. The waits are minimal and facility is always clean.
