I opened an account with them with Shelly. & I find it inconsiderate that she didn’t even complete my profile correctly. I hadn’t received a debit card 3weeks after I opened my account & chase cs said that there was never a request put in. & now I have to go back personally so they can put a request in for me. Don’t waste ur time at this branch because this is unnecessary and could’ve been avoided.

Normally dont write reviews but the disrespect I felt at this branch last week was too much for me to keep inside. As soon as I requested a withdrawal I was treated as a scammer who was trying to rob the bank... News flash kid, I made my money through investments as you could probably see on your screen (if he even knew what Robinhood is). The teller then went to a banker and they told me the best they could offer me is $10,000? Who the hell do you guys think you are? I worked in a bank before I finished college and I know banks carry at MINIMUM $250,000. The lazy bankers just didnt want to write a CTR or I was facing discrimination for the color of my skin. I was even warned not to go to other banks because it would be suspicious? WAS I DRESSED LIKE A DRUG DEALER OR SOMETHING? Would something like this be said to one of there caucasian customers? When I tried to explain my innocence I was cut off.. Brother you are treating me as if I am a bank robber at least give me a chance to explain myself. I took my business to Steinway Chase and had no problems. I just find it funny how if someone wanted to make a large withdrawal at Santander there is absolutely no problems, but one of the worlds largest banks gives me a problem? Im not sure if this is a Chase problem or a branch problem but either way something needs to change but I doubt it will.

This bank is the absolute worst. I have been banking with Chase for over a decade and this is my worst experience. I lost my bank card and went to get a replacement. There was only one person to help, while they have a full staff. Everyone is is just walking around observing the scenery. I literally waited 1 hr with only 1 woman ahead of me. I need to know who manages the staff at this bank, there is a blatant disregard for the customers. The only highlight is the teller who is efficient and friendly. Given a choice, I would never bank here. NEVER!!!

I have banked here for over 10 years. I do my business and personal banking. Very professional and great customer service. Morgan is amazing and so is very one else. Irina is a great manager. Mattson is great. I could go on about the entire staff there bar none.

If google gave me the option to give 0 starts to this branch I would. I was given 100 dollars less than what I asked for. I kindly asked for them to look at the cameras to see what happened that night , and the banker there so arrogantly tells me there is absolutely NOTHING they could do about it and according to his teller everything was fine. Basically no investigation at ALL. I've been a customer for chase and that branch for 12 years and this is the pathetic service I get. Please don't go there, they don't serve the people right.

i never go to this bank, but the one morning I decide to , a homeless man throws a cup of coffee on me. Apparently, he does this to many women, (as passersby informed me) quite often, the bank needs to get him out of there. customers need to feel safe

I just left there wanting to get info on what I need to bring in to open up a high school checking account for my 13yr old. The lady who greets customers asked why I was there & 2 sign in. She then tells me that there is only 2 bankers in tdy & they're both with customers & the wait will be at least 30 to 40min & asked if I wanted to wait or come back. So I asked if she could just find out what documents I need need to bring & Ill come back. She told me "no" & to call customer service#... I asked for a manager she said one of the bankers was the acting manager whose name is Javier. She again refused to help. Naturally I got loud with her bc she kept saying no. I asked her to call, she says no again. Smh, but she just made a call to tell me how long each banker was going to be but she lies saying she can't make a phone call when my son & I just watched her make the 1st one. So I told her I will continue to get loud until she or someone else can help me. I was not calling customer service bc I'm already there in the bank. Eventually Javier comes, very very nice & professional & answers my 1 question, gave me his card & even gave more info about the account. It took all of 3 minutes tops. As nice as he was his coworker makes me not want to open the account there, I'll go to the chase where the customer service is alot better in my old neighborhood where I just moved from on Merrick Blvd & Francis Lewis Blvd in Laurelton.

There is a notary republic at the branch. But apparently according to Chase policy they cannot notarized certain documents. I waited a hour for the person to notorized my document just to tell me they cannot do it.

No issue at all with their cash machines but their banking staff are just plain horrible, with no sense of good customer service. And there is always a long wait.
