The bank associates at Chase Bank 🏦 💰 on 1232 South Belsay Road are the nicest and most professional people and they deserve 5 5️⃣ ⭐️s. I wish I knew the lady’s name in the drive through so I could call her out by name and give her the accolades she deserves. The staff at this bank are so nice that I wanted to get a job as a part-time teller so I could be a part of this positive team of professionals.

Chase customer for 20+ years, all the way back to NBD. Chase closed the branch nearest me. I've tried the Burton branch for several things and have been let down each time. Maybe they'll turn things around but if you're time is valuable, I'd go elsewhere. My advice would be to try the Davison branch on M15 or possibly one of our many area credit unions if you want reasonable customer service.

I was here with a issue with my account. Both tellers were exceptional. Called creditor to get resolution. Was very patient and understanding. I love my bank.

This branch has really gone down in customer service. Rude workers, and such long wait times when only 2-3 people in line. There are a few good workers, but the experience here is awful anymore. Not much choice though since they have closed so many branches. They closed the one on Saginaw near Bristol, and I just got a letter they are closing the one on Fenton rd. I think its time to look for a new bank. 😢

Went in there today and there was a man in there without a mask. I just recovered from covid-19 and to walk in a public place and see him no mask no distancing really disturbs me. I am done with Chase bank if they don't have enough balls to stop this from happening!

Filled out my deposit slip then stood for 3 or 4 minutes without a person around. Then she slowly walks up and says "did you need help with something?" No I'm just standing here for the fun of it! Rude AF. I'm dropping chase

Very friendly and normally fast. Can sometimes be a little slow but not too bad. If I’m in a hurry I use the ATM
