  never answer the phone and told my wife she couldn’t deposit money into our account. I will be changing banks as soon as possible. I do not recommend.

  I went yesterday they said come tomorrow so they scheduled me for tomorrow, Today at 11am according to my scheduled appointment I went I present my US passport with US Naturalization certificate to open a new account she said we do not accept that certificate and that’s the Chase policy so I called another branch they said yes we accept it , It’s very disappointing… They never answer the phone زما په فکر تعصب یې را سره وکړ.

  want to thank this Chase Bank, and especially Liliana Mendoza, Branch Manager She went out of her way so I could access my safe deposit box. On 4/30 I phoned the bank to make sure I could access my box to look for a missing family heirloom ring. The bank associate told me about the new appointment process which would resulted in a week's delay. She said, however, she would ask the manager about granting me access sooner. I scheduled an appointment online for 5/7. But the next day Ms. Mendoza called me and said I could to the bank on 5/2. She handled my visit to the box and was very understanding. The ring was found! But even if the ring had not been found, it was so meaningful to be able to look in my box. Appreciate the customer care so much, especially in this difficult CoVid time.

  Would give it 5 stars but its one of the only banks that charges you to take money out of the atm when you dont use one of there machines. So not only you get charged at the atm but by them also for not using there atm. You shouldn't if you don't use there machines why should you get charged so you pay twice to take money out.

  Almost never have to wait in line at the drive thru atm. A little hard to turn into, but really is a good location.
