Eliza Betteridge5I've had friendly and efficient service at this location on several occasions. I generally prefer to do things online but when you need to go in person, it's nice to have things done quickly and with kindness by the staff.

N Brown5Very happy with Chase bank! I have been with them for 10+ years with multiple business and personal accounts, and can honestly say they perform very well! Customer service is always on point, and even with the occasional change in staff, the branch is on top of reaching out and making sure that you have a personal contact at the bank to help with any needs. Their website has proven to be the BEST of any bank that I currently use, and make is very easy and convenient to transfer money, pay bills online, and export your data. All this has saved me a lot of time and money. Their credit card offers some of the best rewards that I have been able to find, and I love the cash back option each quarter. Very satisfied!

Kiet Tran1This branch is an absolute joke. They have no idea what they're doing. Opened a business account and was told by Jared Ochoa that it was closed due to not meeting the minimum balance. However, a private banker from another branch confirmed it was because he gave my business a high risk NAICS code and the account needed maintenence. These people seem like they want to do the least amount of work possible regardless of helping the customer track down their mistakes. Moving all my accounts off of Chase for good.

Georgiy Oganov1I have been in business for years and I have never seen a bank staff behave so unprofessionally in my life. I spent 2 months trying to refinance a home I have owned for 7 years and on a weekly basis kept getting different information. They would schedule a closing, then cancel it 2 days later, then request more documents, then completely forget about me and ignore my calls for 2 weeks. I actually had to go to a different branch and have a manager put pressure on this location to get a call back. In the end I was denied for a loan simply because they wrote down my employment incorrectly. Now they want me to wait until January. Let’s put it this way, if you get denied for a refi on a home you have owned for 7 years and in those 7 years your debt has gone down, your income has gone up along with your credit score; is it more likely that you don’t qualify or that the bank doing the refi doesn’t know what they are doing ?

CT Steil2I don't know what the deal with Chase is... It's nearly impossible to get an answer via phone call, so you'd think that they must be incredibly busy - but then, lo and behold, you walk into the branch and the employees are sitting around, not working with customers or answering their phones. If I'm doing my banking with you, I should definitely be able to get ahold of you if I have any sort of question or issue. This represents deplorable customer service.

Judy Miller5Everyone in this branch I've had an opportunity to work with has been very helpful and friendly. I have had many good experiences with Chase Bank--regardless of their involvement in the 2008 recession and what they do on a global basis.

morgan scott5Cassie is such a nice woman. She is so good at what she does and her customer service skills are amazing, I will never go to another chase location. the people at other locations are nice, but their customer service skills are not nearly as good as the people here. Especially cassie's. 5 stars for sure! And that's 90% based on cassie's performance!
