Shannon Page1Worst customer service here. Said the policy changed for widows and widowers when it comes to documentation. This branch is so close to sun city and sun city west. I doubt that they ( elderly customers) want to deal with more paperwork after dealing with everything that comes with a funeral. If I have the death certificate (which I'm on and stated I'm the spouse) and the marriage certificate why wouldn't I be entitled to my husband's accounts/checks that are still coming in his name? So yes by changing this policy your making it harder for the spouses who don't want to deal with more paperwork than we already have. No remorse for the spouse or even the situation. I am and will be looking into changing my bank accounts. Even though this branch helped me alot after my spouse just passed away they no longer are customer friendly or helpful with these situations. And yes while my teller went to explain and she would print out the documents needed for this and also notarized, I know that process will make me responsible for all my husband's debt. So sorry I'm not signing that paperwork for someone who has been dead going on 2 yrs. I'd rather take my money else where who has better customer service because chase isn't what it used to be which is sad.

Agon Fazliu1Horrible experience. This Branch is understaffed and unpproffesional. Walked in to open-up a credit card with them and I approched the lady at the front counter and Explained her why was I there she stated the the person that does that was giy name Ralfi or Raul or whatever the heck his name was, she said he’s has a appoitment with someone at 2:30pm but he/she might not show-up! So i set and waited until 2:45pm then that guy decides to call the customer. Totally bad costumer service and I don’t recommend this branch at all!

Matt Bohling5Very happy with this office. Ralph Verdugo was able to help me quickly and efficiently, and did at the local office what I never thought an enormous bank entity like Chase would be able to do. Thanks for your help, Ralph!
