  I came in for an in-person meeting with Gennifer. She was such a sweet lady. She helped me deposit my 401k check into my IRA account, absolutely no hassle. I look forward to doing business with her. Gave me a free bottled water. Thanks, Gennifer!

  The numbers will tell you two things, what you’re doing right! and what you’re doing wrong! 2.5 on the Google reviews The customers are telling you what’s wrong, but no one‘s listening? Close your accounts. Stop doing businesses with places that don’t care about you.

  I came into this bank today. I requested a notary, I was told by the teller she was busy all day with appointments. I asked how I can make an appointment and she said I couldn’t only if one of her appointments didn’t show up. So I said okay I’ll wait, then the teller says she isn’t in. Ok, so I asked what are her business hours Monday-Friday 9-5. How can I see her if I can’t make an appointment but she’s busy with appointments all day? So I have to wait but isn’t even in. The Teller didn’t even try to provide me any type of resolution. I’ve been a customer of chase for years and this is the first time I needed any type of help.

  Bad customer service we have been there on two different occasions and they don't give good service. This last time we went the bank smelled bad. the chairs in the waiting area are so dirty that you are scared to sit down. very dirty carpet. my husband went a few days before and he saw in the parking lot there was a man peeing.

  We have banked with CHASE over 13 years and have never had a problem until now. I won't go into details, but the manager on duty did not help in resolving our issue, but joked about our issue. We are considering moving our personal and business accounts.

  I was in need of a notary. My regular location has been closed till further notice. I called and asked if the notary was available. Was booked up but told I could wait. So it was a necessary thing and figured for a wait. Settled in for a shorter then expected wait. Very much appreciated their swift work that enabled me to get do in such a quick fashion on a Friday no less Thanks

  I went in to report my debit card lost and there was a women who helped me and she said she would update my address, cancel my current card and order me a new one. Here I am 2 weeks later still waiting for my card when I decided to call customer service and I then was told that the women never ordered me a new debit card, all she had done was cancel my current card and change my address. So now I’m left yet once again waiting for a new card !

  Great experience! Most banks I've been to recently (admittedly not many) have really increased their customer service game, but Chase has a unique and personable style inside their branches. The friendliness is unparalleled, Tony, the customer service rep. Made me feel as though I was speaking to a well known and likable friend! I've been a little more strict with my 5 star ratings recently, but I have no issue with giving this one!

  It's best to come in and do your business early in the A.M. as it can be very busy for both ATMs. Please bring back ATMs in Target and Walgreens.

  I am very displeased and disappointed with Chase bank and their change in policy and inability to issue an atm card at the branch. The representative cancelled my card to order a new one and did not advise me, prior to doing so, that my current card would be cancelled. Now I am left with no atm access nor the ability to pay due payments online with my atm/credit card. More so, their reluctance to waive any fees incurred by this inconvenience.
