  This place is like a dark, cold pit. Kind of sets the mood. Customer service is even worse. Unprofessional, rude and unpleasant to interact with. Not sure if it's because they're overworked or just unethical but they treat customers badly. I hardly ever need to go to the bank and yet every time I go there it's depressing.

  Normally there is a long wait and the last time I came the teller lady did not know what she was doing. If she's new, she needs to ask her manager for instruction before refusing to do a task for a customer. She didn't ask and refused to do it right away. I've been doing this so many times so I know that she was wrong. Her apology wasn't sincerely when she knew that she was wrong. The manager didn't try his best to do the transaction the 2nd time when the 1st one didn't go through.

  Account service representative Joanne had zero knowledge regarding liquid accounts, informed me I couldn't get a temporary, and managed to lock my account completely. Awful customer service, their outstanding training program is obviously lacking, and the customer service made me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty fork.
