  Chad Geyer and his team are amazing! I was well informed throughout the entire process and all questions/concerns were addressed immediately by phone or email. They worked efficiently as a team with my real estate agent and escrow to close early for me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and I would work with Guaranteed Rate again to buy a home someday (too bad I can never afford another one!).

  My wife and I just closed escrow on our new house, a process that was made smooth and stress free (or as stress free as purchasing a new house can be) in large part due to Chad and his team at Guaranteed Rate. Chad kept us informed through every step of the way. He and his team were organized, efficient and did an amazing job keeping us on track.   I have been working with Chad since we purchased our first home in 2018. I find him extremely knowledgeable with a calming demeanor. I felt like he was in my corner the whole time. He checks in every 6 months to see how current rates will affect our mortgage and takes action if it will save us some money. He truly puts his clients first.
