  Don't bother with this bank. They will let your account over draft so they can charge you 34 a piece. And you can't take care of it in the bank. You have to call and impossible call line or try your best with the website. Not the app. Website. I truly don't understand why banks seem to think doing nothing but coasting me more money is acceptable. If anyone knows of a bank that won't let it overdraft please let me know.

  After dealing with customer service for well over the an hour and calling the branch to be told they were to busy to resolve issues with my account over the phone I set an appointment. Working in customer service I completely understood so I set an appointment for 1 pm. 3 hours later. Show for my appointment to find they had another client they were working with and now I'm currently waiting to be helped. 15 minutes and counting...
