  I so appreciate how every time I come to this bank, I am greeted by such friendly staff. They all are so kind and helpful. I’ve never had this experience in a bank before. This kind of service is so rare these days and so appreciated.

  I've been a Chase customer for years now and of all the branches I've been to, this one is hands down, the one that goes above and beyond to keep the customer happy. I've never felt that the customer service was fake, it's always come across as genuine. No questions asked, just get the job done with a smile! Very refreshing.

  Today I went in to deposit my check and have never been treated so poorly. She couldn’t help me deposit my check. Never had such a issue with chase bank until today. Lady with the dark hair was very rude and unprofessional.

  The bank tellers are the most rude and pathetic employees, when they can't resolve an issue they make threats. Avoid this Bank location.
