Andy Malavong1Went there to close an account and transfer funds into a whole new account. Really slow, 3 tellers and 1 personal banker I waited about an hour had a nice conversation with an old lady. Pasty Martinez was helpful, but I found out I could receive a debit card instantly at a branch, so instead of that happening she offered to have it delivered to my address and would take 3-5 days(went in Nov 12th). Here I am Nov 20th still cardless. Thanks chase bank you're ThE BeST.

Stephen Pratt1What a mess. Chase corporate office sent me additional documents needed for a loan. I came in to the branch to talk with a banker about them. The banker said to come back next week. I came back next week and they said the person I had to talk to was out of the office indefinitely and they didn’t know when they would be back. Sorry. Should have stuck with Wells Fargo.

Katlyn McCowan1I have been banking with Chase for 6 years and this was the first time that I have ever had terrible customer service. My husband and I went to this location to change my name and add him to an account. We waited for 30 min. and then someone came up to us and said sorry we only take appointments and you'll have to come back tomorrow because this takes too much time. When she asked me to schedule appointment I said I couldn't because I work bank hours same as them and this was my one day. She then quickly changed her tune and said maybe I can get someone to help you. NOT ONLY DID I CATCH HER IN A LIE, BUT I WORKED FOR CHASE UP UNTIL ABOUT 2 YEARS AGO. I KNOW THE PROCESS AND HOW THERE SYSTEMS WORK. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A CHASE EMPLOYEE ACT THE WAY THAT SHE DID.

They allow a homeless man in that keep looking at me and talking under his breath I tried not looking at him until he got up started calling me names and walked out! I looked at the banker and she mugged me saying because of me he left that they are "responsible" for him and that he would never harm any one and if he does the branch would be responsible!

fatema biviji5Terry is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. She helped us open two accounts in record time while sorting out some things and keeping us informed of everything we needed to know. Mona, the manager, and other staff were attentive to both our needs as well as the other customers who were waiting.

Crystal Lawson1This place is so horrible. They will skip over you If you do not walk in, in booty shorts. They have you sit here for an hour and there are employees just walking around like they are lost. They're rude, Chase if your employees hate their jobs find new people. I know you only let people who are bilingual work here so find somebody in better spirits. Its total b.s. the way there is no customer service here. And then when you get upset they act like it's your fault that they are taking forever and walking around like they don't know what the hell they're doing.

Spiderweb Media, LLC1I went in to cash a check made out to a company I own and they told me I would have to deposit it because I could not cash it anywhere else. So I had to deposit it into my account and wait for it to clear to take the funds out. I just called PLS Check Cashing and asked if I could cash a check made out to the company and they told me I could if it was my company and to bring in my DBA. Why Chase would give me the wrong information? No idea.

Sam Salameh1Sitting here an hour now waiting on 1 personal banker that just went to lunch. Getting annoyed at the constant phone ringing and nobody answering it. It's 2pm on a Friday and lobby is full and nobody seems to care but the people waiting on service. These are the type of employees that couldn't cut it for the DMV's customer service standard. Please stop the phone from ringing? Maybe turn it down. Anybody?

Bini Pant1Just made a branch complaint. Terrible customer service. Do not open safe box in this branch! I haven’t been able to access this in years as waiting time is more then 2hrs. Tried to make an appointment, no one answers the call. Can’t wait to switch to BankofAmerica.

Brian Crawford1Terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. Often miscount my nightly drop box deposits. When I visited the branch to reconcile, employee Alejandra Medreno told me she doesn't have time to help me with miscounted deposit.
