  In the two years I’ve lived here, this bank has very rarely had a working outdoor atm, and closes at 5 or 6. If you need cash late at nights or on the weekends sometime, consider this when choosing how to bank in this area.

  Very poor customer service. I wanted to get money out because I lost my debit card. I was informed I needed the debit card. I went to chase cross county and they did it no problem. Please avoid this place for your own sake

  Uhh i had things that have happened to me before happen at this bank, I mentioned i was in a rush, i feel like they purposely took longer. Will never be back this chase ever Everrr

  24hr ATM is always broken. If not always always a long line. All I see is one star reviews and they do nothing to change. Do not waste your time at this DUMP!!!!

  The most slowest bank ever!!!!!! I didn't even wanna give 1 star. The tellers don't know what they are doing. I finally left after waiting online for 20 minutes n I only had 1 person in front of me.

  We moved our business to Chase to be able to use Zelle. What a mistake. Scheduled meetings don’t happen (they want proof that we scheduled a meeting when their software for scheduling is not working) Then when we have a meeting, the person we are supposed to meet is on vacation. Save yourself the frustration. Bank elsewhere.

  I I opened my business account with chase but thanks to this place I am totally regretting it is like they do not want to work, it is the worst place I have visited totally disappointed in chase and more of this place

  My account was randomly closed with no explanation provided. I was not overdrawn, I was never late on any payments, and have received no correspondence to date. No one has been able to explain what happened. I am quite upset at this unprofessional conduct and intend to bank elsewhere in the future.

  Cashiers were very friendly and helpful. Available parking and drive thru ATM.
