  Over $50,00 was stolen out of my capital one account back in 2020 and I still haven’t received any answers or my money back!! I spoke with the bank manager and was only told that my account was closed. However I was never notified of this. I sent all my info to NYS unclaimed funds correspondence (FDIC) and im still waiting for answers and my money back. I would suggest if you bank with them to take your money out so that you don’t have to go through what I’ve been going through.

  I was at the bank today at about 3:45pm to do a deposit and after depositing my money the ATM told me that I have not made no deposit after it has taken my money, in that confusion I look at the door a saw a black security guide who is been working there for a while and is full of pride always on his phone and never helpful. He said he can’t come and see what the ATM was saying and he can’t get help for me either, I didn’t want to leave the ATM unattended because my card was still stock and my money as well, I tried calling once again then he can furious and said I am bothering him then I said I need attention please he started causing me then I was angry and said I don’t think you know your job and he charged towards me saying where it not for the camera we would beat me up! Beat up a Customer who is having troubling and need care? This dude should be fire! Be the next time I visit you branch and he still there I will make a big issue out of this. I took a photo of the ATM saying I didn’t make payment. After several minutes of my struggle I decided to cancel my transaction that was when the ATM refunded my cash and my card. But my experience was bitter and terrifying. Not all customers are coolheaded that situation could have escalated. A security officer should try to de-escalate or defuse situation not escalating.

  This location has good customer service. The tellers were very respectful and helpful.

  One of the best capital one banks in the bronx...staff are really helpful and they try their best to offer you the best experience... Sometimes i come over to pick up money and in all banks you have to make an order. Sometimes I don't make an order and when I come they still try to give me as much as I need which is really appreciated.... I would recommend this location to everyone.

  American great & very Responsible...one of thats one ...Capital Bank...yes I went for about savings Account my Very important for saved.....Americans any where’re this banks burns but may I went to go from NYC s own home with Brought so many my Families Markets myself.off cruise I was feeling great ....that’s Reason ...May I Like ...my Family’s every worked myself...very much.Always made Home’s organic well ....my Americans Lifetime was very greatly I..did my Lifetime.

  I hate this bank I opened a bank account about a month ago and I still haven't received my debit card 😡. And the app said that it was delivered January 16th😡😡😡👎🏾. And to get customer service in this bank takes forever. They need more staff

Give our chat team a buzz by signing into the desktop site and tapping your account - a chat bubble should show in the bottom left.   I was having difficulties with my account for 2 month without receiving my funds with the help of Capital One Services and these two people Anthony Amantwah and Aujanie Rahiman helped me receive all my funds thank you .

  They need more staff, I hate going to this bank, the wait is forever. The line is long and only 2 tellers working, all the time, it's very frustrating.
