  Beautiful clean building, ready to serve you. Located at Monroe and South LaSalle there is a Starbucks right across the street and a McDonald’s close too. The lobby is huge here and rarely too busy. This is one of a few towers for BMO Harris. Street parking available as well as garages nearby.

  This bank branch allowed someone to fraudulent open a checking and savings account in my name and with my SSN. Their fraud department said, yes, it's fraud. Their credit dispute department says oh no it was opened properly. It has been a nightmare to get this resolved. I wouldn't trust them to deal with you fairly. First thing their phone system asks for if you don't have your account number...your full SSN. Not even just the last 4. Who asks for that over the phone anymore?! I would not trust them to keep your money or your information safe.

  One of the worst Banks ever! Please don’t waste your time on even giving this place your business. The customer service reps are all ghetto unprofessional thugs! If I could give zero I definitely would have given it.

  Every time I visit this bank the security staff , the front desk clerk and the tellers are all nice ,pleasant and helpful.
