Love Alive1If I could give them a -5, I would do it in a heartbeat!! Terrible service!! Locked my account then restricted it for depositing 2 checks that my sister gave me BEFORE she passed away!! Then I had to call their 1-866- number waiting on the phone for almost 3 hours FOR NOTHING!! They hung up on me!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! BEWARE!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! ONE MORE THING!! Chase is making me wait 40 days then bring in a death certificate and social security in order to get my funds, IT WAS A GIFT FROM MY SISTER AND THEY ARE MAKING ME WAIT FOR IT!!!?????? We shall see about that!!! Your representative named Carla at the 1-888 number gave me authorization to withdraw MY funds!!!! IT NEVER HAPPENED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!! COLD-HEARTED!!!!

Al M.1My friend went there today at 3:50 pm to open a checking account and the lady in the cubicle could of helped her, but she was more concerned about going home than help my friend open an account. Mt friend decided to open an account at another bank. Chase has very poor customer service. Outrageous!

Daniel Short5Recently I was transferring funds from a local credit union account to my Chase account that for whatever reason experienced an untimely delay and put me into a dire situation. In attempts to petition help from Chase Bank 1-800 customer service, I found the Reps seemed unconcerned, appeared to lack basic job training and actually blamed the credit union for the delay, even though the problem was found to ultimately resided with Chase. Fortunately for me, I found a teller at this local branch who along with her manager did everything they could do to assist me. The two were an amazing dynamic dual of sorts keeping after the matter until fully resolved. To them I am forever grateful for their efforts. They also restored my confidence with Chase Bank.

Kenny G1Chase me Away….Terrible customer service, Misty hung up on me. Chase deducted a check from our account that was drawn on another clients account, the machine misread the numbers. Then said it would take two days to put the monies back. It’s theirs mistake. Fix it. Going to another bank. Thanks ChasingMeAway.

sub zero3Almost lost $50 if I wasn't paying attention. Drive through (right lane) ATM isn't counting cash right. Indoor ATM worked perfectly fine. 3 stars still because customer service has been generally good to me.

Robert Quittner1ZERO stars. I have been a customer there for about 8 years. NO customer loyalty. Put in a very large check, it clears the next day and I try to make airline reservations, nope. Call Chase to raise debit card limit, nope. Why not? Just because, no real answer except they want to make sure the check has "really" cleared. But all the money is available to withdraw, just not on the ATM card. I talk to the manager who tells me to call the number again, apparently he can't call himself for me and he can't figure it out either. I call again, same answer, "try again tomorrow". But the money IS available right? "right", So why can't I use my ATM card now? "it's just the system", what system? "the computer system", you can't make any decisions yourselves? "no". And there you go....switching to HomeStreet bank, MUCH better service.

Jason Roy1This bank is the absolute worst! They consistently steal your money and blame it on the system and computer. The assistant manager Vera was threatening and rude. She said if I don't sit down and listen, next time they won't refund my fees. And she said" next month when you are overdrawn again, maybe you'll want to sit down!". Very rude and unprofessional! Closing my account!

Paulo Roberto Da Silva5I cannot say enough good things about this branch, except that as someone who works in the area of Customer Service, they WAY exceed my expectations each and every time I visit this location. ALL of the employees are extremely friendly and professional - Thank you Cindy, Marie, Jean, Heather, Amanda, Mary, Vera, Patricia, Chris, Barry and the entire crew for a most outstanding service. You deserve 6 stars. A very satisfied customer Paulo Da Silva

Angie Delgadillo-Wotring5Love this branch. Drive an extra 5-10 minutes to this branch because the customer service is much better then the El Cajon branch. Cant stand the El Cajon customer service branch.
