Spent 4 hours here with, Sarah, after a fraud block in a family members account somehow blocked all members in household. After a lot of back and forth and a previous branch visit elsewhere, where they closed my account without telling me!!!!!! Sarah took the time and put so much effort in getting it all straightened out, talking to all the departments needed until someone FINALLY assisted her in opening the new account and getting me back my access. I have been hung up on by their customer service and fraud department so many times today I almost left Chase bank altogether. SOOOO glad Sarah was here today. I know she was losing her mind dealing with it all and I'm so happy she stuck it out with me to the end!
