  I do business with 4-5 different banks and wanted to utilize a bank that had a few more location options. This place was so rude. Walked in and basically was told I needed an appointment to talk to someone about option on checking and or spending accounts. Asked about pulling some money out from a different account and was told I needed a credit card with Chase and do a cash advance. Ma’am, I just wanted to use your ATM for a couple hundred bucks. Was again brushed off until I had an appointment. Whatever… lots of other options. Just disappointed at the lack of customer service. Dodged one I guess. Wells Fargo/ Bank of American and Frost all within the same block.

  I’m a Chase Customer but I mostly come to this location for work bank deposits. Justin always remembers my name and I truly appreciate him, makes my day! The customer service from him and Kaylin are amazing!

  I don't know what is going on with Chase. Their service has good from solid to non-existent over the past year. I know COVID has not been easy on anyone but most have managed to maintain reliable service. I went into this branch today and met with an employee that refused to help me with a 1 min task unless I had made an appointment ahead of time. There were around 3 customers in the bank! I rate her customer service a clear zero. Chase recently block my credit card for a couple of purchases because of their fraud system even after I had called them ahead of time to whole list the charges. Chase... I am giving up on you after our 30 years being together. It is not me... it is you!

  Update your business hours, the drive thru window shows you open at 8am but the teller (rather rudely) stated you open at 9am. Cool, then update the hours so customers don't waste their time waiting.

  Julien was the BEST OF THE BEST!!! He will give you his ALL no matter what!!!! I came in all frustrated with a lot of financial issues and he reach out to me and he really show me that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT TO HIM!!! I cried because of what he show me that he care I felt so special. Thanks! Julien for helping me and now I can smile and I am in peace!!! Who ever reads this ask for JULIEN!!! I promise you he will put YOU first!!!! 🥰

  Always friendly and open on Saturdays. I only have weekends off and need a my bank to be open. It’s wild that ALL banks are not open for business during the weekends.

  Nice atmosphere. Not enough associates. Visited on Wed at 1pm. Fast service. Friendly people.
