  We just finished working with Loan Officer Eric Vila and his service to my family and myself was beyond what we expected. He worked non stop for weeks trying to find new programs to aid us in getting our new home and he was always available to answer my calls when we had questions at any day of the week. He truly made us feel like he cared and made it his mission to get us into our dream home. I will forever recommend his services to my friends and family and really hope to keep working with him in the future.

  When my realtor introduced me to Eric Vila of Mortgage Solutions, I was a little apprehensive. As like most people, selling and buying a new home isn't something we do on a regular basis. Eric understood where I was coming from. Eric took the time I needed to fully comprehend the process. After my education on money management, Eric made sure I got the best deal on my mortgage.   Eric Villa and his team are absolutely amazing. He was able to get my family and I into our dream home regardless of whatever challenges I faced with the process.   I just wanted to take a quick minute to write a review for Roy Richard and his team. When I first talked to Roy about buying a home he was really positive he could get it done and provided our pre-qualification Letter right away and we were able to get under contract for the home we wanted. Once we got into the process they were great in communicating what they needed. I will say the only frustrating part was having to provide certain documents more than once, but in the big picture it wasn’t a big deal. We were kept up to date through the whole process, they asked for a document, we provided the doc and they would confirm they received it. Roy and his team were upfront about everything, we never felt like we were told something that wasn’t true. I didn’t have the best credit in the world and I was told by another lender they wouldn’t be able to help me. But here I am sitting in my new house writing this review. It feels amazing. So give these guys a chance to get you into your new home!!

  Eric Vila was such a professional. He went above and beyond his way to help me and my family. Constant communication and accessible to me when I had the simplest questions.   I tried to refinance my house through my own mortgage company and it was bad. I knew a guy that worked with this mortgage solutions though named Eric. I met Eric from a previous job and decided to do my refinance with him and let me tell you this was so easy. Eric was awesome and really helped when I switched to refinance with them. I’ll always do business with Eric and his team from now on!

  This place was a true blessing to me. Mr. Alan Adams & the staff was very helpful. Everyday they fought for me to get my house refinanced, & I'm truly thankful for all the hard work they done for me.
