  No more teller windows at chase johnsburg! Now instead of having a nice optimized queue to handle customers, they send someone around to ask if you need an ATM. But at least they have sports scores in place of the tellers. This is the most anti customer move I've ever seen

  We had a very confusing situation today with a check not going into our account correctly, had to talk to customer service a few times and nothing was really being worked out. We came in to this location because crystal lake was closed. Erica Mancilla sat with us for a long time and figured everything out for us. She was of very much help to relay our information about the situation to customer service over the phone. Want to thank her and say she is amazing at her job and made sure we got everything figured out. Thank you so much Erica! You saved us a lot of stress today.

  I travel about 30 Minutes just to come to this branch. Everyone is very helpful, always smiling, and Friendly. Erica Mancilla, and Janelle Otero, have been Absolutely wonderful to work with, and reason I travel to come to this branch. They always both have the time to work with you. If you have questions or problems, they fix, and take care of it the first time. This is what banking, and customer service is about. Thank Chase, Jenelle, and Erica. If you come to this bank branch, you won't be disappointed.

  Amazing teller at this bank Erica was a life saver amazing !!!! She sat there forever with us solved all the problems !! She is amazing 🤩 thank you you so so much

  I made a deposit for $365 and it gave me a receipt without the amount I put in and it never game me my money in my account. Can someone please reach out!
