  I wish we had the option of selecting zero star. I accompanied a 80 year old man to this branch who just Had his account hacked. He was panicking and wanted to alert the bank of this fraud. We asked one of the two bankers who were talking outside their office and obviously not busy with clients, and no other clients in the waiting room, if we could be seen to report the fraud. We were informed that all customers needed to make an appointment. I asked when was the next appointment, and after five minutes was told that the next appointment would be the next day at 9am. I reminded the banker that it was an emergency and that the old man needed the help urgently to make sure his account was not totally emptied. i received the same answer from the banker and was given instead a phone number to call. i left the bank and called the 1800 number to complain and asked to have the supervisor Roberto of the bank called me. He actually called me the next day and confirmed that their branch policy is that "you need to make an appointment" I insisted on the fact that the old man was terrified, confused and that it was an emergency. He answered that "all customers had emergency" and wished me to have a good day. how despicable is that? The bankers could tell that the 80 year old man was in distress but did not have the empathy and heart to try to help him. to make matter worse, the director agreed and defended their heartless decision to NOT help him SHAME ON YOU, DO YOU WANT TO SEE YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES TREATED THAT WAY? well I don't!

  Everyone that works there is so nice. I have needed a notary on multiple occasions and they have always helped me. Not sure about the other complaints here. I’ve been using the atms to deposit cash for about ten years. It’s really easy and can be used when they are closed. Also people complaining about the parking lot, it’s designed that way for a reason..

  Everyone takes the time to complain about minor issues these days . I just want to thank Elvis at this Chase branch for going out of his way to help me today. He is a bright and shiny star in customer service and Chase is lucky to have him!

  This is the first bank we have ever encountered that has no public restroom. Serious flaw in Customer Service, JP Morgan Chase! "Based on Chase’s revenue and profits from the last three years, its net worth is just over $424 billion." ... "The company’s assets total $2.6 trillion, according to its website." [29 June 2018, Sean Dennison, GO Banking Rates]. No excuses: this building was built from the ground up, replacing a gasoline station, which had a public toilet and a convenience store. This Chase Bank has two driveways, one of them one-way. If you obey the sign in the small parking lot, it is not possible to exit and go east onto Southern Boulevard. To travel south or east from here, one must literally go in circles.

  Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!!! Don't respect customers time. A branch with 1 teller and 3 others sitting in offices really???? Those 3 sitting in offices doing nothing while customers wait in line. They come over and bug you to see if they can help but can't do anything with your account. What is their job description? Heres an idea how about hiring less of those who do nothing at computers all dayand more tellers.

  Absolutely terrible! I love chase as a bank but this location is a total disaster. The staff, the parking lot, one atm! I do not know why they closed the forest hill location only to make a smaller bank in a worse location. Clearly did not think. Considering switching banks now no joke!!

  Same experience. One teller sitting in a glassed in booth while others sit in offices. One was training customers who to deposit using the machine, talking about “the future of banking.” I wanted to go off on him. Went by yesterday. It is “temporarily closed.”

  2/10/20 One teller for nine customers. Long wait. No drive thru teller. 9/4/20 Today both teller systems broken! This a zero star business.

  I don't know why such bad reviews .I have been using this location for over 2years .I have never had an issue.Great customer service.

  don’t go there on rush-hour can’t get in can’t get out. No customer service no iContact no recognition limited parking forced to go to other banks to get the service that we need
