  Fix your ATM!!!! You have MY money in your bank, give me access to MY money or else I'm going to switch banks real soon. ATM is always down and they don't fix it, almost every time I want to draw from it, it's down. It's morning, I have somewhere I need to be, can't get cash that I need because this irresponsible bank. Fix this issue for goodness sake or else I'm moving on to a credit union.

  I asked to schedule an appointment to get important documents notarized the following week. I was told that an appointment was not necessary. I show up on the day I need time sensitive documents notarized and I get turned away because the representatives that can notarize are busy that day. I was then told I should have made an appointment.

  Horrible bank.only location near me and they close at 5 and now of the ATMa work. On a Friday!!! Thinking about pulling my accounts.

  I sold my house today and was given a cashier's check for the proceeds. While depositing, the teller informed me that there would be a ten day hold on the guaranteed funds. As I need most of the money for my new house, this has created a massive problem. As soon as my paycheck direct deposit goes in later this week, I'm closing my accounts and switching to a different bank.

  Extremely poor customer service. Went in to open a business account but told I need to call and make an appointment. Have called several times over several days but, they don’t answer phone and it forwards to a call center. They are trying to get away from dealing with a human.

  Terrible went in to cash a check and wouldn't do it said my husbands signature didn't match, B.S., he will now be closing his longterm business account with chase. We will never do business with them again. Don't recommend this business. Don't appreciate being accused of fraud!!!! Plenty of banks to choose from.

  Discrimination at its finest. Especially the teller.Would not allow me to cash a chase check that was drawn on a chase account. I then opened an account. They then close my account one day later with 0 explanation. The check cleared, so why was my account closed? Then, I have to wait 10 days for my money to get mailed to me. The money I thought that was safe, with Chase. Oh, because i look nothing like them? Discrimination. If you are a minority, please, take your business elsewhere. You're business is not wanted with Chase. Google Chase discrimination!

  I can show fraud on my card from McDonald's and this bank will not do nothing about it.

  Went to chase to make a deposit. Waiting and waiting for a teller. The teller was talking to the customer about personal things. Waited over 10 minutes for help. Another customer went to window same thing she continued to chat. I understand customer service but when there are customers waiting the tellers should make it priority to try and get customers in and out not make them wait because they are chatting with customers.

  I went to the bank to withdrawal a decent amount of cash and I didn’t have any issues. No questions to why I was withdrawing the money and that’s how it should be. I’ll update 5 stars once I do more business with them, for now it’s 4
