  5crewthis place... I was guaranteed that when I deposit my chase check via atm the funds were going to be immediately available. Nope! Now I don't have my money to pay my bill and I have to pay 300$ penalty fee for "not paying on time." If employees were trained to give correct information I would've cashed the check instead. How is manager's apology going to cover my penalty fee. This place fme... well, fu2

  So I came in to close my checking account and thought it would be fairly simple. Mr. JOVANY SEGURA was in the process of "closing" my checking account as per my request. He made me wait about half an hour and gave me my remaining balance in cash. Easy enough right? So tell me why I check my account the next day thru the Chase app and he didn't even freaking close it. I had to go to a different location (closer to my home) to accomplish and finish what i set out to do. Horrible customer service. This sealed why I left banking with Chase.

  i had an appointment at 3 hot there at 2:45! And was seen till after 4:15! They called in someone who came in after me! Never again

  Being a bank they should know people do many transactions on the first of the month why limit their service on this day!!!!! I waited 30 minutes in line and they don't seem to know ir understand sense of urgency!!!!

  Poorly staffed.... Lots of customers handle business during their lunch time 12pm-2pm and they only have 1 banker working. They could use some help scheduling employees.

  Waste of time. Complete lack of urgency by the staff. Not knowledge of their product and very unhelpful with a basic deposit.

  VERY ADA NOT FRIENDLY AND IGNORANT STAFF THAT DONT KNOW PROTOCOL WILL BE FILING COMPLAINT WITH ADA AND SSI ON YOUR SERVICE TO DISABLED
