Now I don't have my money to pay my bill and I have to pay 300$ penalty fee for "not paying on time." If employees were trained to give correct information I would've cashed the check instead. ShogunVader1So I came in to close my checking account and thought it would be fairly simple. Mr. JOVANY SEGURA was in the process of "closing" my checking account as per my request. He made me wait about half an hour and gave me my remaining balance in cash. Easy enough right? So tell me why I check my account the next day thru the Chase app and he didn't even freaking close it. I had to go to a different location (closer to my home) to accomplish and finish what i set out to do. Horrible customer service. This sealed why I left banking with Chase.
