  Came in for some information about opening a credit card that I'm pre-approved for online. After being kept waiting for 10 minutes and watching all the employees leave early the front told me there was no one to help me. After I persisted she vaguely pointed to an office when I walked in the lady had no idea what was going on and wasn't wearing a mask when I asked if she could walk me through a couple things she stated everything was online and that she would have to log into her computer and seemed annoyed with my presence at that point I just decided to leave. Really disappointed in this Branch planning on moving my money elsewhere based on this terrible service you should be very disappointed treating your patrons who give you your job this way.

  Great location, easy access. ATM's work well. Simple stop. The cement around the lot and entry can be a little bumpy with uneven levels.

  I have been to this branch several times and I have had no issues. It is easy on and off of woodward. Staff was friendly. There was minimal wait.

  As a realtor, it's important to have excellent communication with a clients lender. Someone out of state dropped the ball for my buyer and after calling about 6 local branches, R. Paige Radge was the only lender that answered her phone. She was kind and ready to help, made a few phone calls, and my problem was solved within an hour. Thank you, Paige!!!!

  We get it, you hate working. But that’s why they pay you. They will be insulted if you go in, so just stick with the ATMs outside. Sorry your unemployment ended.

  Atm works but spent a few minutes fiddling with some marketing for a mortgage. Nonsense. Just dispense cash stupid machine. Used needles in carpark. Stay classy now. Oh and on the way out someone asked me to crash the global economy using unsound investment strategies that benefitted a select few
