Joseph Trachuk1Called in advance and requested if the branch could wait for me one minute past closing. (since every other cheese branch I go to regularly does that without anyone asking) They said they would go ask their supervisor who is named David and let me know if I could come. After their confirmation that I could I kept driving an additional 10 to 15 minutes to then only be denied coming in because they mixed up another person with me. Even after they spoke with me and open the door back up they did not allow me to come in and do the transactions I needed to.. missed a later obligation I had to only not get done an important transaction. I was just surprised that they wouldn’t honor their word When the only cost was a couple minutes of their time. Will go to a different branch in the future and know that they don’t have my best interest in mind

Laura Bode1Sooo. Slow. Painfully slow. It is almost like they moved so slowly just because they had nobody else in line and wanted to appear busy. The only positive experience I had was that the branch was located in Fred Meyer, so I didn’t have to take an extra trip to the grocery store.

Jerry Read5I'm really sorry to see anyone would have displeasure with this branch and Chase period. These folks are always super friendly helpful and caring, not only to me but I have seen them give the same kindness to other customers when I have been there. CHASE IS ALWAYS GOOD TO ME.

Mike Bolle1I used to have an account here but they "chased" me away to a credit union and I've been happy ever since! I always received great customer service from local staff here. The problem was with Chase corporate trying to charge me fees I can't afford these fees just to have a savings account .....super uncool!

Dana Christiansen1I have been a great business customer for over 10 years and am now in the process of moving my money else where. Horrible customer service! I am just a number, no one cares that I am even leaving. I called customer support and they said someone would get back to me and nothing.....so....bye chase!
