  I have tried making an account several times but the wait times are always insanity. The nearest appointment I could make to set up an account was over a week. Honestly you are better off waiting to go to Prescott than to waste time waiting at this one.

  Changing my banking institution. Layed off people... Brought in a indoor ATM. Every time I come in there is 8 people waiting for the one teller and 10 waiting for the ATM. No drive through. This bank is so bad. Waited for an entire hour for a notary.

  Almost always busy at the drive through, but the people working here are always nice and friendly, willing to answer all your questions and help you in anyway they can.

  They brought back the drive thru teller but before they did they would have one window open with a line of people waiting, it was a 20 minute wait. They go through managers often.
