J Rockafellow1May 21, 2022. Cannot get through by phone to local branches without giving them my account number, but I’m sitting in a car without all those numbers with me. I just want to ask a simple question.

Ellen Prior2Would love to get service by phone but all I get when I call the branch is a busy signal; like 30 years ago! In person service is fine. Argh.

Jenny Hernandez1Rude teller in a rush to go home. Part of your job is to assist your customers. Being annoyed because I didn't have my bank card is not great customer service. Even though I explained that a new bank card is being mailed to me. Asking politely for my ID should be standard customer service - asking "I need your ID" with an attitude is not very customer friendly The worst banking experience. Never going to this branch again.

Pro Liberty1Among worst examples of customer service I have come across in some time. Manager on duty, Eve, was not with another customer and was the only person available to provide a Medallion Stamp (special notary service). She was unwilling to take 10 minutes to help a customer. She flatly refused, without reasonable explanation or apology, to emerge and assist (as conveyed by her colleague).

Tu Nguyen1Worst customer service I ever had. Tried to open the account with them but couldn’t get in. The one who picked up my phone, was so rude and helpless. Instead of helped me schedule an appointment for next week, she changed her voice tone to talked to me and constantly asked “Do you understand?”. Yes I do understand but I don’t want to do business with chase anymore. Thanks

Erik Berg5Julian was provided me with a very high level of customer service. I was not expecting this level of service from a bank that has their level of volume.

Carlsen4Responsive, friendly, eager to help. Super convenient car parking for customers at the back of the branch, just a little walk down the ramp.
