  I just tried to open an account and the Hispanic teller that was helping me was very rude and negative as if she didn’t want me to open the account, not sure why she was happy that I wasn’t able to open it because my passport is expired. Not the way they should treat people. I’ll never come back here

  Terrible customer service. I wasted half an hour in there just because the employees would rather talk among themselves than help me open up a savings account. Completely disgusting.

  Make sure to count your money before giving it to them. It was my mistake not to count the money and a lady stole $40. Be careful!

  Very friendly staff, very clean place and convenient plus drive-thru Atm. There's also an Amazon Hub Locker at this Chase location which you can access 24/7.

  The only thing I don't like is that at chase they push you to use the machines when what you want is to go to the teller person.
