  Why is that every time I call the phone rings for a long period of time then someone hangs it up ? This just happened 3xs before writing this review. If you don’t want to be at work then quit and let people who care about customer service work and actually do their jobs.

  Tried calling the bank and no one picks up the phone. In today's climate, with COVID-19 concerns compelling everyone to stay home, one can only imagine how such conduct can be excused. Its the only open Chase in the area--so why isn't anyone picking up? Irresponsible!

  If I can give them zero stars I would. There atms are always breaking down and recently I went to make a withdrawal. The atm wasn't working the manager told me they rest it and it was fine to be used. It took the money out of my account and didn't give me a dime. Took 1hr to file a claim, had my 1year old son with me,he's tired,crying and hungry...actually ended up falling asleep after being left in his stroller for what was suppose to be a quick stop. Now I have to wait 30+ days to have the money refunded to my account....closing my account out after this

  Social distancing regs in place. They close an hour earlier than normal. Staff is efficient and professional.

  They let the phone ring for a long time then picks up the phone for a couple seconds and then hang up. This has happened to me quite a few times I just gave up.

  Chase is like robin hood they steal from the poor to feed the rich if you poor becarefull with case and there fees those fees are there to break you till you broke

  issue money from frozen accounts. absolutely irresponsible and inconsiderate! bypass them by side If you do not want to make trouble...

  I really like chsse a lot customer service is it harming your credit I like that feature on that checking account this is the best bank I have ever joined
