  Horrible experience. Initiated IRA transfer from a different bank. Filled out paperwork with financial adviser. 3 weeks later nothing happened. No answer at branch phone line. Called customer service and no paperwork was submitted. No follow up from the branch not even text message. And we are not talking about couple thousand dollars. So much for private client experience. I'll be taking my business somewhere else and will advise everyone I know to do the same!

  Walked in to this Chase Bank and what I saw was just unacceptable. A manager walks into the teller area and starts yelling at the tellers who were busy fixing an unexpected issue. When I first got to the teller window, the associates there acknowledged me and told me they would be right with me, very kind and gentle mannered. Nothing out of the norm. However, the way the manager was talking to the associates was rude, unprofessional and most importantly uncalled for. Doesn't matter what your position, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I've witness similar scenarios at other Chase branches and this is why I won't bank with Chase. The environment has always seemed negative and unworthy of my business.

  The lines are not long, but everyone works at a slow pace, so even if you are next in line, expect to wait 15 min or more before you are helped. The tellers like to walk away from the window, and managers do nothing to keep things moving.

  The most pleasant Chase visit. Jamal was extremely kind and helpful. He helped us open a high school bank account. People might not think of it, but being kind to a young person such as my 16 year old brother, makes a big difference. He explained everything to my little brother better than I could ever have. There’s also a very lovely lady with curly hair that helped us set up the appointment that was kind as well. I don’t do reviews unless it the good ones, and this one was well deserved. Thank you Jamal for the excellent customer service and the time you took to explain everything to my young brother in detail.

  I have to say Mr. Ricardo Gonzalez is one of your best employees his costumer service is beyond outstanding. I had a problem with my account which end up being blocked , I called a few chase costumer service they didn't help me. I end up calling this bank and I am glad I did. We took a few steps over the phone together, everything got fixed. God Bless Him and thank you so much!

  We waited over an hour only to have their manager come out and choose the person behind us on line because her request was "easier". To say abysmally slow would be an understatement. Also it's worth it to point out that we waited over an hour because their manager also decided to wait for a customer opening an account to go home and get a passport. She actually spent 1 hour sitting in her office doing nothing rather than helping the customers waiting. 4 different customers left in the duration of this ridiculous 1 hour break she gave herself. If chase corporate reads this, I hope they step in and at least retrain the management.

  Disgusting! What a horrible bank . I've never been treated with such low customer service at a chase branch as I have had here. There management needs to be replaced. I came in for a simple notarization and was a complete waste of my time. I truly hope you avoid this branch at all costs. I know I definitely will.

  Very unprofessional staff told me to wait for about 20 minutes to open an account and told me to wait outside and took more people besides me and made me stand there like an idiot for over an hour. Overall very unprofessional staff and not worth the time at all

  Stay away, unprofessional service! Bankers do not know products offered. Use other locations that are more friendly and knowledgeable!

  Opened an Business Account , customer service was great specially Mick took great care opening the account and explaining all the services. Thank you
