      I'm latino and for not speaking English well the staff are working at the branch that is inside Stop & Shop in Forest Hills, NY 11375 are a real shame in the way they spoke to me. A shame that they did not know how to listen, thinking or answer as it should have been. I would not recommend People's United Bank for its poor customer service.

      In the front desk the Asian guy was very rude all the time and disrespectful. People united bank should remove this guy from bank otherwise people will choose different branches.

      The guy with Asian face he’s very disrespectful and rude he don’t want to talk to the customers all the time when you came in here he show his route face and talking disrespectfully this is very bad for the United Bank especially in these vans thank you
