    The customer service is good, but there is never enough employees working and i find myself waiting in line for 15 minutes to cash a check. Also the bank itself could take a little more pride in cleanliness

    I when in to pay my rent the cashier take my money and I give her 552.oo she only put 502 and she keep 50.00 I never got my money and I had to 50 + a late fee . Than I came inside and Use the ATM machine I didn't receive my money or a receipt they told me that in 24 hours I should have my money back happen like 3 times. I have to go there to pay my rent. Or I would go to bank of America. And I don't like them at all. So I deal with this bank. And they have close the bank because they don't have Enough cashiers. But I been coming to this bank now for 8 years and I am happy to bank here. But still mad about my money yes. Buti have not had no more problems.

    Bad customer service, I call many times try to make an appointment to open an account for my son. called all morning no banker answer the phone. Walk in at 2:30 pm they won’t take care of us because they close at 4 pm.

    Had a meeting scheduled for 2 weeks to set up a business bank account. This branch called me THE DAY BEFORE to tell me that they are cancelling my appt. Apparently nobody else in the building can set up a business bank account (not even the branch manager?!). When I explained that I was flying in from out of state, they suggested I find another branch with availability for that day. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ended up going to a different bank altogether.

    Probably the worst bank I have ever been to. I waited on my appointment for over an hour. The banker came and got the lady that walked in after me. Didn’t acknowledge me at all. I’m literally only in Barstow because of the military put me here but if your are looking for a military friendly bank to go to, this is definitely not it. I would strongly recommend considering another bank. -disabled veteran

    Only because that is the lowest I can go. They have an ATM in their lobby... I request $280 from the machine using my Navy Federal debt card... Pay the $3 fee.... The ATM gives me a receipt that states "cannot despense cash right now. Call the 1800 number. The customer service said I have to dispute with my bank. The office states "you are not a customer, we can't help you"... Really??? Horrible experience...no thank you Chase.

    Horrible customer service from staff to manager could careless about the customer. They do not know the community the bank is located in Sad to see the manager would not help at all basically said sorry about your luck not our fault ( when it as) bye bye

    The worst branch ever every time I come they either short staff or they are closed I will drive to Victorville than I waste my time over there
