  Horrible place, guy was not helpful, kept yelling at his kid's behind the counter, spent 20 minutes looking up a item i wanted to pawn, then said it's to old only being a 6 year old item. 80% of the item's in the store are about 10-25 year's old with a high price tag on it. I will not even go here to sell them anything.

  Hello Chris, We spoke to the employee in question and looked up the surveillance footage to see what transpired. You claimed that he was yelling at his kids but really he only told one of them to get down from the chair as he was concerned for her safety. He never yelled and once he told her she complied and when into the back. As far as the "20 minutes" thing, our employee spent 10 minutes with you trying to get you a loan, but could not get you as much as you wanted. He quoted you a price based on its age. He did his best to help you. When he asked you how old it was, you informed him it was a recent model with all the upgrades but it was not. Had you told him how old it was he could have narrowed his search down and got you out of the store much quicker. We also tried helping you with your broken PS3 item that we could not take. We try our best to help everyone but we cannot give out money freely either. We are not a charity. As far as having "10 to 25 years old" with of stuff is painting our store with a very broad brush. I cannot fathom one item in our store that is that old. The only item we have in our possession older than that is a 1932 Martin Guitar worth over $3,500.00 I think you are just spreading false factual statements and mispresenting our store simply because we did not give you what you wanted.
