Chase Bank Reviews

Gary Givens1Absolute worst customer service of any bank I’ve ever dealt with. We went into a different Chase branch on Saturday to open a couple accounts and they couldn’t help us without an appointment. Called this PV branch this morning for an appointment this afternoon and they are booked solid with appointments - can’t help us. Chase has great incentives to open an account and now we know why - unless you schedule days ahead, they can’t help you. They definitely lack in customer service. Never have a problem just walking into BOA or Wells Fargo and being able to see a Personal Banker, even if you have to wait a little while.

April Cupp5If you need help with anything from opening an account or securing a loan, Topeaka is the woman you want to see. Extremely knowledgable, helpful and kind. Excellent customer service. Chase knew what they were doing bringing her on. She is here to help us all succeed! We will always seek her out as our point of contact and are very grateful for her service.

Brittany Callahan5Katie at this branch was amazing. Had a weird problem and she went above and beyond. She called the call center multiple times until she found someone who actually helped. She even called back 2 weeks later to make sure everything was resolved. I normally do not like banking centers but she really did a great job.

Joseph Bressel1Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn't sell ones without an account. When given a name for an account, they told us it should be a "business account." Then they clearly found the account by name, but because they weren't intelligent enough to link the account number to the name, they wouldn't help. I can tell you, I was interested in opening a personal account with Chase, but they ruined any chance of that happening.

Erik Hart4Basic bank, no more drive-thru banking anymore as most Chase banks are going these days. A little difficult to get out of the drive-thru ATM area due to the high traffic and partially-blocked visibility.

Eric Bonwit1Have been waiting 45 minutes (so far) for a customer service rep (only one at the moment). This branch does way too much business for the minimal amount of staff it has. Switching to Bank of America.

Don N0e5Have been with Chase for many years, I guess I am partial because always been treated like a person not a commodity.
