  The 24 hour ATM only works banking hours if you need to do anything after closing time or before opening do you need to go to a different branch. 24 hour ATM is not available. Parking lot pot hole from last accounts swallowed up three vehicles and a bus. Extremely Large pothole at entrance of parking lot should be filled in immediately. Service is extremely slow inside branch.

  Cannot access the ATM after 8 PM which is absolutely ridiculous. What about night shift workers who need to make deposits? Drive all the way to 79th and Cicero? Absolute joke of a branch.

  Came for a notary and they never told me that I would be waiting over an hour. If I knew, I would have tried a different branch. When they came out to finally say something, it was too late to leave because all the other branches were closed. Also, the notary said she was opening an account...couldn't someone else help out with that? There were at least 4 other bankers not doing anything.

  the last two times that I've come here the vestibule closes at 8:00 which is so inconvenient they should be 24 open 24 hours like all other chases.

  I would say almost every time I go there to use the ATM after hours I either can't get it in or the ATMs don't work. This is a low budget chase.

  The worse branch we got in Chicago. Is always full. Not eniugh parking and if you park in there get ready to get your car scratch or dent on it. Its so small that they make you wait outside or in your car. We deserve better. Other banks around here have better facilities. Thinking on moving my money elsewhere.

  Very horrible customer service.. my state drivers license expired 2 weeks ago... my state, Illinois extended expirations till October do to covid-19. Chase would not accept it. To cash my payroll check . Yet they did three times prior. Even after my birthday which my license expired on. Since found out, that legally they should have accepted it. The police are not going to issue a ticket for it being expired yet the bank manager felt he shouldn't take it
