      I always have good service at this location, however, the help that Jack Shaughnessy was fantastic. He did everything he could to help us with a positive attitude & was able to correct an issue I had created with my account.

      The customers service is awesome compared with other Chase bank branches. It’s a beautiful brand new facility. They used to offer their customers with free coffee, tea or fresh lemon juice but not anymore.

      DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH FOR ANYTHING!!!! WORST CHASE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE 5 STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT. I HAVE HAD MORE THAN ONE DEALING WITH THIS BRANCH & EACH TIME IT WAS BAD. STAFF IS PLEASANT ENOUGH JUST EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT.
