They only have two windows to serve walk in customers so I had to wait a while. Naturally, because of the long wait time, nature started calling. They have 2 restrooms here but they refused to let me use it. Had to leave to use the restroom elsewhere just to stand in line and wait again.

I went in here to cash a cheque and I was charged $10 "because I was not a Chase customer". So basically this bank robbed me and there's not much I can apart from letting everyone else know of their scam and rip-off tactics.
