  Pointless bank has a cashless system. Charges ten dollars to cash a check wrote from a Chase account but you can't actually cash it at this location anyway. Kinda pointless and should just close if a bank isn't able to have more than an atm system there isn't much reason for it to be more than just an atm.

  There's no tellers inside and the drive thru is closed. So basically it's ATM only. Completely useless. Why is Chase eliminating teller staff at it's branches? If I'm going to physical location for banking services it is for something I can't do online and I need to speak to a person.

  I am not a fan of banks, mainly have been with credit unions the past 5 years. I happened to open an account at the Lyon Township Chase branch as they were quite close and have found doing so has been very positive. Great customer service, very friendly staff who greet you immediately as you walk in, and I must say, a pretty good user-friendly website. So far, so good, no issues.

  I came to this branch after I became aware of fraudulent activity occurring on my checking account. I was assisted by Mr. Ryan Dennison, he was extremely helpful and filed a claim for me and gave me additional information and paperwork which i'll need to file a police report. I'm very pleased that the people at this bank were so willing to help me with this matter.

  ATM only and the atm outside the screen does not work and can’t call to have the problem fixed because they don’t answer

  The ATM outside the building DOES NOT WORK. I always knew this place was janky and this only confirms it. I will not be back

  First they stopped having a Teller Inside and now Drive thru is closed. Might as well close this branch.

  Don't waste your money here. Go to a Credit Union. So many fees!

  Conveniently located one much better now that there is a traffic light for 10 Mile traffic
