  I've said it once and I'll say it again, the amount of customer service that I feel is achieved at this bank is unreal. I'm very happy with them. I had to make a stop at the bank today to handle some important stuff and Julie once again made it happen. She's fantastic. I'm grateful for her and the bank.

  I already have a car loan with Community Financial and decided to get a loan for my credit card consolidation. Went here since it's a credit union and I already have a loan with them. Worked with Julie who was so kind and understanding about my situation. The whole process of getting the personal loan was fast and easy. Julie helped me so much and I am grateful for her service and for Community Financial. I'm pleased with how my visit turned out. Thank you so much!

  It was an Absolute fantastic experience dealing with this branch. I’m new to lending and dealing with car loans but that was no issue here at all. Julie is the most helpful, professional, and understanding banker I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She walked me through the loan process step by step and helped me navigate through the seemingly difficult world of credit and banking. If I could rate this review 6 stars I would! And I would highly recommend her and the other wonderful staff here at CFCU Wixom to everyone.

  My wife and I went in yesterday to set up a new checking and savings account and also sign some loan paperwork. The building is brand new and looks beautiful! The tellers and bank manager were super friendly and helpful. They took a lot of time with us helping get everything filled out and signed. They even told us about the other various options and services available to us. They were all great to work with and very knowledgeable. It sounds like a great branch and a great credit union!

  I visited this new location today with my two toddlers, and was so impressed with the service at the branch. Julie was so kind, and went over, and beyond for me, and my two boys.   Had a great stress relief with one of the banker that gave me more then half off of my interest rate for my vehicle when I refinanced. I couldn't be more happier with this credit union. Very clean & professional place two thumbs up. Thank you community financial
