Cathy Amore1had an appt at 4. was left sitting there for almost 30 minutes. The banker i had an appt with was helping someone else. He could have gotten one of the other two bankers sitting there to help me if he was busy. I had other commitments. couldnt sit at the bank all day. i left and went down to another chase branch to get my request taken care of.

Liliana1I lost my debit card and came in to order a new one. The lady then takes my phone and tries to set up Google pay for me to use the ATM instead. I NEEDED A NEW CARD the chase app was more helpful

NihaoThe globfather1Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received from a bank, instead of helping an upset customer resolve issues that are affecting every aspect of their financial life they feed me lies and told me the exact opposite from what i was being told on the phone from their specialist that were actually allowed to override the branches decision then they proceeded to lie and tell me things werent noted on my account that i could visibly see they were. Ill be filing a complaint with corporate not only just over the management but tellers too. Ive used chase for 10 years and i have never once though my bank would upset me this much over absolutely feeble things. Just read the comments about this place not one good word about this branch.

RML5Visited this branch today and was serviced by teller Cindy Gillette ! She was amazing she performed the transaction efficiently and accurately!!! Cindy was friendly and professional and a . GREAT asset to Chase and this branch! Other employees were great But Cindy was outstanding!!! Thank you Cindy!!!
