  This location use to be one of the best ones and I had very good experiences with a couple ladies at here. However I think they both got promoted and left this location. The experience I had today was the worst ever.... I waited in line for long time and being told they could not do a wire transfer because they are all new and had no experience with that whatsoever. What a joke. If you are not ready to open why would you open? I guess the team that day was 'specialized' in helping people getting change and taking deposit. So sad. I guess I have to switch to a local bank which I should have done years ago. So bad

  I was tickled pink when I learned a Chase Branch was opening in St. Augustine. I have been a customer for a while and the service I have found over the years to be excellent. And this does not vary from all across the country when I pop into a Chase. But the group in St Augustine is superb...individually and as a whole. First off there is free parking, a drive up ATM, and if you enter smiling faces. They are dog friendly as well so we often just walk over in the morning. I know they offer services both to personnel and commercial accounts.

  Convenient location and excellent customer service. A banker came out this afternoon to help me and another customer navigate out of the parking lot, as traffic was extra crazy today with Flagler College move-in day. She also let me know about the drive-through ATM for the future, which is a little easier to get out of.

  FYI if you need to open a new bank account avoid Chase Bank like it's the Covid19. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. I normally do not do this but I figured if this saves someone the trouble I had it's worth it.

  I don’t get why you make people jump through hoops to get access to their own funds, This is why credit unions are the way to go. So sad.
