  5 out of 5 stars! Wonderful place to rob. In fact the passcode is 5632. Would recommend to beginner and inexpeirienced theives. My good fella, Nicholas, really helped with the security. Thanks Nick!!!

  The teller was not helpful and very rude for an ATM malfunction requiring me to go through their in person services. It felt like the teller blamed me for their ATM not working. The good news was that the money that was not spit out went back to my account. The bad news is I had to deal with their terrible customer service. Disappointed with chase and their choice in staff or lack of professional development training.

  How long does it take to get a phone call to set up an account? I talked to two different people and was told someone would call me by the end of the day two different times

  Went in to make a deposit and have something notarized. I was told to wait for someone to become available. After just a few minutesbut the manager I was waiting for yelled past me to the teller and told her she was on the phone. The teller told me I could get it done at the UPS store where I would have to pay for the service.
