      This is the best Chase Branch I've been to.and I've been to many. Most branches are phasing out tellers to ATM. Not this location. Chase tells the employees to call the customer by name and the employees here make that effort. The teller asked me for my name to thank me before giving me my receipt.

      I switched from BofA after a terrible experience and have been with Chase and this branch in El Segundo for almost a year now. I am super impressed with every element of having my business with Chase. They are professional and extremely helpful at all times. Excellent!

      This bank sucks, They are very unprofessional, uncaring and lack empathy for their customers. After 20 years of letting them use my money to earn interest i have had enough i am closing my account. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. run run run find a bank that will reward loyalty and treat you with respect.. Never Chase worse than Wells!!! I only rate one star because you cant move forward until you rate.
