  Update: After contacting the supervisor, Drew, my situation has drastically improved! He was very apologetic and worked diligently to remedy the situation. He was also very timely in doing so. There will be problems within every company, but it says a lot about company culture when you are willing to own and fix them. Grace and mercy are important folks! 😊 These people are extremely dishonest! Was given an interest rate over text message, not provided any disclosures with total cost or rate before funding and after funding went through the interest rate was almost double what we were promised. Also, we were told via text message that there would be no prepayment penalty. When we decided to just move the loan elsewhere because of their deception, we were told that we would have to pay the full interest of the loan. I have literally never felt more deceived! These people are awful!!
